MP ADPO Revised Syllabus and Exam Schedule for 2021.


Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has revised the syllabus and exam scheme of Assistant District Prosecution Officers (ADPO) exam. The updated syllabus and exam scheme was uploaded by the MPPSC on 30 August, 2022 on its official website. According to the latest notification, the exam is scheduled to be conducted on 18.12.2022 (12-3 PM). MPPSC ADPO exam will be conducted in offline mode (OMR sheet based).

MPPSC ADPO Exam 2021: Marking Scheme


The MPPSC ADPO Exam 2021 will be conducted in two stages. The MPPSC ADPO Exam Pattern for the two stages is in the table below:

MPPSC ADPO Exam 2021: Question Paper Scheme

  1. Section A Subject - General Knowledge of Madhya Pradesh, National and International level and Basic knowledge of Computer will have 50 questions and Section B Subject - Law will have 100 questions. In this way, the question paper will contain 150 questions. Each question will be of 3 marks. Total marks for paper will be 150+300 = 450. 
  2. The question paper will be of multiple choice type. There will be four options (A, B, C, D) for each question. Candidates have to choose the correct option from the available options.
  3. The duration of the question paper will be of 3 hours. Section A of the paper will contain 50 questions while Section B will contain 100 questions. Each question will be of 3 marks. 
  4. Question paper will have two sections - It will be mandatory to get 40% marks in the question paper of General Knowledge - Section A and 40% marks each related to Section B. There will be negative marking in the exam. 3 marks will be given for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  5. Question paper will be in both languages i.e. Hindi and English.
  6. Interview will be of 50 marks. There is no minimum passing marks prescribed for the interview.
